There is long list of United in English football, but the one who kicked the ball off is the NUFC who merged two inter-city teams and come out to be the Newcastle United.

Now its the NUFC that has become the identity of United front and root for generations. There are many other factors involved in the merging of Newcastle, United. NUFC is the heartbeat of a community, the focal point of a city that is proud of its football team regardless of whatever has gone on in the past. Newcastle United or the more renowned name NUFC were founded in 1892 after being merged from Newcastle West End and Newcastle East End and now they make use of the same old ground even though there are other modern parks available as well.
